The Benefits of the Laurentian Chapter

  • Local Events
Pub Nights are held on a regular basis in Ottawa and in southern Ontario (e.g., Guelph, Hamilton, Burlington, Toronto). One or more guest speakers will enthrall you while you dine. Members receive discounted admission.
  • Annual Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is an event held every spring to allow our members from across the province to meet and interact in a relaxed, yet scientific setting. Our meeting includes plenary presentations, platform and poster presentations, an awards ceremony and numerous networking opportunities.
  • E-Mail List
Your name is added to our email list so that you can be informed immediately of any important news or happenings in the Chapter.

Registration Fees

  • Regular member: $15 yearly
  • Student member: $6 yearly
  • Corporate memberships available upon request

How to register

You can now register ONLINE via Paypal! You just need to fill in your Registration Form, and you will be redirected to Paypal upon submission. PLEASE NOTE that you do not need to get a Paypal account, you can bypass that option by selecting the “Pay with my debit or credit card” option.

You can still register through the SETAC website at the same time as you pay your SETAC NA registration dues.

*Please note also that this approach is still under development. Please contact us to confirm that your registration has been processed and forwarded to the Laurentian Chapter.

If you would rather send us a cheque, you can still fill in the Paper Registration Form and mail it in along with your cheque or cash.
